REAL WEDDINGS – WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR DAY
Below you’ll find three full wedding stories, each representing a different type of celebration I regularly photograph. These weddings are shared to give you a clear, honest example of what your own gallery could look like — from the beginning of the day through to the evening celebrations.
Each blog features around 250 images, carefully selected to show the flow of the day, key moments, and the quieter in-between details. This is typically around a quarter of a full wedding gallery, giving you a realistic insight into how I document a wedding without overwhelming you with hundreds of photos.
These wedding blogs are designed to show:
- How I tell the story of a wedding from start to finish
- My focus on real moments, emotion, and connection
- A natural, relaxed style that never feels forced or staged
- How the day unfolds through candid storytelling and gentle guidance when needed
They also give you a feel for how I work on the day — calm, unobtrusive, and focused on allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding while I capture it as it naturally happens.
The three weddings featured here were chosen intentionally, as they reflect the variety of celebrations I photograph:
- A destination wedding, showing how I document weddings away from home while still telling a complete and cohesive story
- A larger-scale Hertfordshire wedding, with a full guest list, busy timeline, and energetic atmosphere
- An intimate, smaller wedding, focused on close family, emotional moments, and meaningful connections
No two weddings are ever the same, but these examples help you imagine what your own day could look like — whether you’re planning something big, small, local, or further afield.
Every wedding I photograph is delivered as a carefully curated, full gallery, telling the complete story of the day in detail. If you’d like to see more examples, or a full gallery from a wedding similar to the one you’re planning, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Just send me an email, and I’ll be happy to share more work and answer any questions you may have.
